7 Things We Learned From WWE Chronicle: Seth Rollins

2. Some Advice From A Legend

Seth Rollins Austin Chronicle
WWE Network

Even if Rollins was phoning it in during Raw Seniors Night, it mostly wasn't noticed backstage. In a toe-curling moment, a beaming Vince McMahon is seen craply joking with his champ in Gorilla, telling him he has one more job for him: to take down the ring. An ever oleaginous Rollins beams back at his boss' gentle comedy, happy to take the compliment.

There was one man in attendance at the reunion who wasn't about to put airs and graces on for anybody, however, and that man is obviously 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin. When Austin talks to you, you listen, and we briefly catch a chastened Seth standing up straight, sir, yes sir, as the living legend tells him he's one of the best... but it's "the itty bitty things that will take you... there." The Rattlesnake's words as so valuable that this part of the documentary has subtitles. The message is received loud and clear; the subdued Seth simply isn't Stone Cold.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
