7 Things We Learned From WWE's CWC Bracketology Show

1. Absolutely Not One And Done

Triple H arrived for the final segment of the show, and with him came an announcement that will likely be very well-received by anyone and everyone who tuned into the show; the CWC is “absolutely not one and done”.

He conceded that while he isn’t yet 100% certain on the opportunities that winning the CWC will present—which perhaps debunks the earlier point on the return of a Cruiserweight Championship—he was still keen to stress that there will be opportunities of some sort.

While the more jaded might criticise the lack of a concrete plan, let’s just be thankful that this won’t be the last that we’ve seen of one of the most exciting experiments to come from the WWE in years. The outsourcing of talent, the more professional presentation and of course the unpredictability of a bracket format could well be elements that become a staple part of WWE programming moving forward.

It's certainly a departure from the main roster product, at least. Let’s just hope no one tells Vince what’s going on down there in Florida…
