7 Things We Will See For The Last Time At WrestleMania 33

4. The Big Show

WrestleMania 33 will be The Big Show's final WrestleMania. The man himself has all but confirmed that to be so, stating recently in an interview with Yahoo Sports that he will be done with full-time competition come February 2018. Big Show's has become less prominent in the company over the last couple of years but a potential WrestleMania match with Shaq led to him getting into the best shape of his career, something which seems to have been wasted now that the match isn't going to happen.

Show is thus entered into the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal for the fourth straight year, a somewhat underwhelming way for the WrestleMania career of an all-time great to end. Braun Strowman has long been considered the favourite for that match but that tag could just as well land on Show now, as a second trophy would be a fitting way for the World's Largest Athlete to end his 'Mania career.

Whatever happens on 2 April, WrestleMania 33 is likely to be the final time we see The World's Largest Athlete competing at the 'Show of Shows'.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
