7. Randy Orton Pins Cena For The First Time At WrestleMania 24
This was a triple threat with Triple H also involved. Cena had just come back as the surprise winner at the 2008 Royal Rumble and in what was a move that fans hated, he challenged Orton for the WWE Title at No Way Out instead of WrestleMania. That led to a DQ finish, which led to this triple threat match with Orton defending as the heel against two top faces. Even though Orton was the WWE Champ, it was treated as if he wasn't going to win because he was in there with such big names. For the finish, Triple H nailed John Cena with a Pedigree in the center of the ring. After the ref's hand hit the mat for a two count, Orton gave Triple H a punt to the head. Then he covered Cena for the win. Cena doing the clean job was pretty rare for him even in 2008. In most triple threats or four ways that he has lost he's usually not involved in the finish. In this case, Orton beating Cena was considered a big deal. There were actually other times where Cena put over Orton too, most recently at TLC 2013, but the one in 2008 was considered a bigger deal due to it taking place at a WrestleMania while also being the first time Orton pinned Cena in a major match.
