Older fans who tortured themselves by watching WCW Nitro in 2000 will recall that Diamond Dallas Page already has a book on the market. 'Positively Page' told the story of DDP's rise from nightclub bouncer to World Champion, and it subtly sowed some seeds for his future career outside the ring.

That career, his wildly successful yoga program, will surely be the main topic of this 2019 follow up.

'Positively Unstoppable' isn't really a wrestling book, but it is penned by an ex-wrestler who still has links to the industry, and that's why it's here. Besides, there's something altogether infectious about Page and his chirpy optimism. Whether you like yoga or not, the truth is he has used it to help hundreds of people, and he's brought more than a few back from the brink of personal disaster.

DDP's new book combines positive thinking with some of those stories, and you can expect a few yoga plugs in there too when it lands on 15 January. Page has become a world class self-promoter, albeit one who has shown he has a heart of gold. His upbeat alacrity is worth reading.
