7 Ups & 2 Downs For AEW Collision (March 2 - Results & Review)

Downs...

2. Does Anybody Care?

Regardless of the clear positives its members bring to the table, does anybody particularly care about the Bang Bang Scissor Gang?

Thinking back to where all involved were only six months ago, and it's fair to say that Jay White, the Gunns, the Acclaimed, or even Billy Gunn have never felt as tepid during their AEW tenure.

For Switchblade, he's a genuine main event contender who seemed like a shoe-in future AEW World Champion during those first few months of Collision. Likewise, since turning heel and joining White and Juice Robinson, Austin and Colten Gunn became a brilliant heel tag team who fit perfect as the cackling jackals of Bullet Club Gold.

As for the Acclaimed, an argument can be made that they were at one point the most over act in all of AEW, complete with Daddy Ass having a career revival few imagined could ever reach such heights.

Sure, the endgame is hopefully for a Bang Bang Scissor Kang implosion which will unify the redundant AEW Trios Titles and ROH Trios Titles, but this 'superfaction' makes for such bland TV right now. Throw in the presence of Dark Order here on Collision, and this was just a dull way to fill ten minutes of programming.
