7 Ups & 2 Downs From WWE SmackDown (June 18)

1. "Happy Father’s Day"

Roman couldn't let SmackDown go off the air without one more d*ckhead move.

After kicking the sh*t out of Dominik last week and choking daddy dearest out here, Reigns looked down at his fallen prey and yelled, "Happy Father's Day". That was breathtaking in its arrogance, and it showed off the cruel and malicious side of Roman's personality with serious flair.

The recovery process starts here for the SmackDown Tag-Team Champs. Now, they've got an excuse to skip a week or two and come back refreshed in time to defend the straps against Alpha Academy. WWE don't need to put a bow on Rey's revenge bid - Roman did that for them.

Jey Uso's absence teased treachery from Jimmy too. He was all nicey-nice early in the show to Reigns, then celebrated with him after the main event. Watch this space, because there's way more to come from that particular tale.
