Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax vs. Bayley and Sasha Banks was a surprise hit at Payback, mainly because of Baszler's killer dual submission finish. On SmackDown, all four women produced another fine effort that they can be proud of. They almost bettered their pay-per-view match.

Even Nia Jax looked great.

Fair's fair. This fan is highly critical of Nia regularly, but she was on point for every single spot and her match-winning double cross body move was a highlight of the night. Both she and Shayna also get plaudits for their banter-filled backstage promos that WWE run on the Network and YouTube.

They're suddenly showing some personality, which is nice to see. Hiding Jax behind a better worker could end up being a masterstroke from those in charge - they obviously know her limitations. Jax is working hard to improve though.
