Ignoring the warm rib from CM Punk towards Renee Young about her favourite from "those Shield guys", a segment asking him to respond directly to some recent remarks from Seth Rollins yielded wisdom and advice from a man that had walked a similar path to the divisive former Universal Champion.

Pragmatic in his assessment of 'The Beastslayer', he acknowledged the huge pressure of the job as the company's top star, but made clear his feelings on Twitter and Seth's (mis)use of it.

As he put it, in the most balanced manner he could, "this isn't the show where you come on and shoot your little angles. Seth needs to stop tweeting...it's better to viewed as the fool when you shut you mouth than open your mouth and remove all doubt". Adding "stop tweeting" and "don't tweet anybody", Punk couldn't have been any clearer.

It's likely Seth will sadly remain lost in the fog.
