7 Ups & 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE Backstage (Oct 15)

1. Can You Dig It?

Booker T
WWE

No.

Here's the rub - Booker T did exactly what Booker T does every time Booker T is allowed in front of a live microphone on WWE television. He rambled, he raved, he put himself over relentlessly and he would have been even more insufferable had it not been for Renee Young's sturdy hand on the wheel.

Perhaps this is too subjective to be a fair Down. Maybe Booker T is your cuppa T, but by all means flame away in the comments with all the fury of his old pyro as to why. On Kickoff panels, he's exhausting. Over an hour, he was insufferable.

There is of course the hope that the two-time WWE Hall Of Famer was only doing one of these, with a very different co-host in line for the main show. And in the meantime, thank shucky ducky for Renee Young.
