2. That WrestleMania Rematch Tease

WWE, you sneaky teases!

Cody Rhodes was staring right back at Solo when he noticed something else. Roman Reigns, the man who conquered him at WrestleMania 39, had come out for a closer look himself. Cody immediately ignored everyone else to train his stare on Reigns, and it ruled.

Roman didn't mess around. He told Rhodes that SmackDown is his show, and new GM Nick Aldis had to step in to cool things off. Adding another nice touch to a segment rife with them, Aldis encouraged the pair to calm down and said, "Not tonight". 'Mania XL though, right?!

There's definitely unfinished business between Reigns and Rhodes, and everyone knows it. Cody is happily hitched to Jey as a tag-teamer for now, but that won't be the case heading into early 2024. Remember this tease once the real hype for Philly starts.
