Personally, this fella wouldn't have put the Undisputed Tag straps on Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso at Fastlane. The finish to their bout vs. Judgment Day was hotter than July sun, but it felt more like a title change for the sake of it than something WWE had planned in advance.

Of course, that opinion doesn't mean the pair won't go on to enjoy a fine reign as champs. They certainly got off to a good start on SmackDown by overcoming Austin Theory and Grayson Waller. Those challengers will be fine - they'll come again. Admittedly, this match started a little slow, but the pace picked up towards the end.

All four had that audience in the palms of their hands come closing time. Then, the bigger story came post-match when Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa marched out to imply they're coming for those titles (maybe even at Crown Jewel). They weren't the only ones eyeballing the tag champions though...
