7 Ups & 4 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Mar 24)

1. The Undead Realm

Havok straight up murdered Father James Mitchell with a knife. Wrestling's crazy, sometimes.

The Undead Realm has been one of the more 50/50 storylines in Impact - sometimes it's amazing but other times, it's unbearably bad. This week though was thankfully one of the former cases, with Su Yung visiting Havok and Mitchell in the Undead Realm - if you're wanting to visit the Realm, simply climb inside a coffin fitted with a nice comfy mat, where you'll be taken to a barn. Perhaps should've left that part out of the story.

Once the chaos properly started, a masked figure got involved (who he actually was remains to be seen), who ended up getting his throat slit by 'The Undead Bride'. As the fight progressed and Yung got on top of things, Mitchell ordered his minions to remove both ladies from the Undead Realm, where they met Rosemary in some sort of wasteland. Fast forward, and Havok and Su are back in the Realm, with the former taking a knife from Su to stab Father James in the ribs.

Everything about this was simply amazing. The production that goes into the Undead Realm story arc is sublime, minus some of the effects that popped up onscreen, but everything else was ten out of ten. Whether or not this is truly the end of the story arc is still up in the air seeing as Mitchell was seemingly sent into another universe with cats and Abyss, however, if they keep up this high level of production, things aren't going to be that bad.

James himself put it best - "who booked this sh*t?". The question we're all asking ourselves.
