5. Back In Business?

Not everyone who wants the best for Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander is necessarily a Hurt Business simp. But if re-forming the Hurt Business means Shelton and Cedric get some shine, then we’re here for it.

The duo had MVP in their corner Monday night against Alpha Academy and pulled off the win in a surprisingly entertaining little match. The fans even came alive for it, which is surprising given that neither team has been winning or featured as someone to cheer recently. Benjamin’s Samoan Drop on Otis got a tremendous reaction, which was how you knew they were on.

Alexander in particular seemed to enjoy getting the opportunity to run through his offense and hit the Neuralizer and Lumbar Check en route to picking up the win… rather than getting squashed and relegated to Main Event.

Here’s hoping this actually goes somewhere.
