7. TH2 Warm Up For Top Flight

Angelico Griff Garrison
AEW

The Hybrid 2 vs. Brian Pillman Jr. and Griff Garrison is worth checking out if you want to understand where Jack Evans and Angelico are at ahead of tonight's match with Top Flight, and eventual title fight vs. The Young Bucks.

This was a solid, professional performance from TH2, who worked Pillman Jr. early on, overcame Garrison's hot tags, and eventually won when Angelic tapped BPJ out via Navarro Death Roll after Evans had wiped Griff out with an Asai Moonsault. They continued the beatdown afterwards only to be run off by Top Flight.

Attacking the Martin brothers on last week's Dynamite established this story, though TH2 set their sights on the Bucks during the first Waiting Room segment here on Dark. 2 December seems a likely spot for them vs. the Bucks.
