7 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE Elimination Chamber 2022

1. Champ vs. Champ

Yep, this will be a polarising point.

This fan isn't mad at WWE for going with Brock vs. Roman XXXVII (or so it feels like) at 'Mania. That's still the biggest matchup this promotion has in 2022, and they're also about to add a fresh wrinkle to the equation by way of some 'Champion vs. Champion' branding.

Coming episodes of Raw and SmackDown may sprinkle in a possible title unification pitch as well. This could mean that WWE's landscape changes drastically after Dallas in April, and that suggests either Reigns or Lesnar splits his time between both major shows from mid-April onwards.

There's something more dangerous about WWE's product when Brock is on top, being honest. His matches are different some everyone else's, and that's why he's getting the biggest 'Up' from Chamber. Will that p*ss some folks off? Undoubtedly, but this is just one man's opinion.
