1. A Clunky Harbinger Of The Future?

Set your DVRs kids, we could watch a man get murdered on live TV in a few weeks.

Austin Theory gave an interview Monday that was a clunky, disjointed mess as the United States Champion tried to shoehorn into his recap of retaining his title the fact that John Cena was showing up on Raw in two weeks and how he didn’t care.

This of course confirms the rumors that Theory is going to be programmed with Cena for WrestleMania 39. That means the two will likely go toe-to-toe on the mic beforehand.

And if Monday night was any indication, Austin is nowhere near ready to stand across the ring on live TV with a live mic and try to verbally spar with one of the best to do it. Cena is going to absolutely shred Theory, torch him and then torch his ashes. And he won’t even have to break a sweat or try as Theory tries to remember his scripted lines and deliver them convincingly.

Remember when Cena embarrassed Roman Reigns for his clunky promo several years back? If you don’t think the same thing could happen again, you must be hoping that Cena is just in cruise control to collect a paycheck. It’s possible that could be the case, but there’s a pretty decent chance we could see Theory stumble over his words and Cena pounce.
