Let’s give credit to the Raw Tag Team Championship match participants, all of whom played their roles perfectly during the AJ Styles/Kofi Kingston match on Raw.

While Kofi and AJ had a nice little match in the ring, Omos continued to shout encouragement and intimidate Kingston and Xavier Woods. But the high point came at the finish, when it looked like Styles was about to finish things off. AJ went to springboard for the Phenomenal Forearm, when Woods blared his trombone, distracting Styles and causing him to stop his move.

Omos gave slow chase, as Xavier egged him on. AJ went for the forearm again, only for Kofi to catch him with the SOS for the pin. And just like that, we got a decent little match that proved the point about New Day being a team and AJ and Omos being a pair.
