7 Ups & 7 Downs From AEW All Out 2022

4. Luchasaurus Turns (Again)

Right, a quick recap.

Luchasaurus turned on Jungle Boy back in June. Then, at Fyter Fest in July, the big dinosaur seemed to soften and hint that Jurassic Express weren't quite finished as a tag-team after all. Then, at All Out, Lucha chokeslammed the t*ts off of JB and posed with Christian Cage.

Fans online are already wondering why AEW's creative braintrust bothered to tease the Fyter Fest reunion at all if they were gonna go this route in the end anyway. It also feels rather strange to see Tony Khan use a pay-per-view this massive to effectively set up Dynamite rematches between Cage and Jungle.

There's another rant about card length coming later in the 'Downs' (brace yourselves for that), but this is worth saying here too: All Elite's pacing and presentation was, at times, all over the bloody shop in Chicago. It's the kind of sh*t WWE get criticised for.
