5. Big Mike Talks

Let's lay this out from the beginning - Michael Elgin isn't necessarily a bad talker. He doesn't dish out promos all too often, but when he does, he delivers them in a meaningful manner. What he says isn't always true, though.

'Big Mike' appears to not know how a submission victory works in professional wrestling. Typically, if a wrestler finds themselves locked in a submission hold, then their hand would have to slap the mat three consecutive times for it to be considered a tapout, much like how it's a three count that's required for a pinfall win. No matter what point Elgin was trying to get across here, Eddie Edwards defeated him fair and square to retain his Call Your Shot trophy at Hard To Kill.

Either way, Elgin isn't done with Edwards quite yet. If the trophy is on the line once more, then it makes perfect sense as to why 'Big Mike' wants to avenge the loss. If it's not, then it just seems like a waste of time to be focusing his attention on someone other than a reigning champion.
