That final 'Down' entry mentioned the stellar work Wyatt did before ever debuting his new 'Fiend' character in the run up to SummerSlam 2019. When he did, the entire wrestling world sat stunned and wondered collectively what was next. The answer? He squashed old foe Finn Bálor like some local job boy.

Unlike Goldberg's squashing of him the following February, it was awesome.

Bálor willingly took one for the team and helped usher in Bray's ominous beast with aplomb. He was the perfect worker to bump around for Wyatt and stare incredulously at the audience when Bray's second self refused to sell his blows. It was a dazzling debut for a destined-to-be hot act.

WWE, Wyatt and Bálor deserve praise for how well they executed this one. Everything, from Bray's twisted entrance theme and literal head lamp to Finn's performance and the SummerSlam commentary, was absolutely spot on.
