7 Ups And 10 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Dec 7)

Raw is three hours long, plus an overrun. Keep that in mind as you realize that the Jack Swagger versus Stardust contest was joined mid-match, with no announcement (outside of Stardust€™s promo earlier) and no ring introductions. Raw came back from commercial and within 30 seconds, Swagger had the Patriot Lock on Stardust threatening a tap-out. Look, not every match can get 10 minutes on Raw, that much is clear. And sometimes WWE needs to cut out one introduction, having the first competitor enter the ring during a commercial. But to see the intros and first few moments of the match start during a break is just ludicrous. There€™s no reason for it when Raw is three-plus hours in length. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lphUxcO-4ug It would be interesting to see if this was the plan all along, or if something ran a bit long, forcing them to bring Swagger and Stardust both out during the break. Oh, was it mentioned that Swagger is supposed to be challenging for the United States Championship at TLC?
