The weird relationship between Bray Wyatt and Woken Matt Hardy is going to be a hit-or-miss deal when it comes to this column. Some weeks, it’s going to gel very well, and other times, it’s going to miss the mark completely.

Monday, the duo hit on the right formula of mixing a little humor – Hardy declaring Viktor’s “wheel of cart” to be “Wonderful!” – with some solid double-team moves like a leg drop/senton combo and a wheelbarrow Twist of Fate to topple the Ascension.

Hardy and Wyatt have a Raw Tag Team Championship match against The Bar at Greatest Royal Rumble, and if they continue to improve their work together, they could be an enjoyable act. Monday’s showing was a good step in the right direction.
