7 Ups And 5 Downs From WWE Raw (March 23)

4. Garza, Andrade, Gel In Solid Tag Action

As mentioned before, while the Raw Tag Team Championship match for WrestleMania feels like it was Mad-Libbed together, it does have the potential to steal the show.

And we saw just how good Andrade and Angel Garza can be, as they tangled with the duo of Ricochet (remember when he was a can’t-miss top-flight superstar?) and Cedric Alexander (remember when he was Roman Reigns’ little buddy?). The four had a lengthy, solid match with everyone firing on all cylinders, seemingly ignoring the fact they were playing to an audience of one: the camera. They kept the action going, with bout duos using double-team tactics.

Of course, the tag title challengers picked up the victory, but we have to note that Alexander got the most in-ring screen time and offense that he has all year on Raw, so kudos to him. Hopefully, someone was watching and remembered that he’s quite capable in the ring.
