7 Ups And 7 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Jan 25)
5. Getting Back On Track
Dolph Ziggler fans arent going to like hearing this, but he definitely needed to lose Monday night. WWE has shown that it isnt going to push Ziggler too hard these days, and rather than just trade wins week after week, Dolph showed up on Raw and lost cleanly and decisively to Kevin Owens. Owens clearly is a major player waiting in the wings for WWE, and he could potentially play a major part in WrestleMania, so you figure that WWE would not let the former NXT Champion get too bogged down. Having him come out and win a one-on-one match against a tough opponent after losing a Last Man Standing match the night before is good from a visual standpoint. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ecVx31R3RU However, youve got to wonder where theyre going next with KO, who pretty much has lost this Intercontinental Championship feud and should be moving on now.
