How is it that WWE lets Kevin Owens deliver promos that incite the crowd and then cant figure out that he should be a heel world champion sooner rather than later? The Intercontinental Champion delivered a strong promo en route to the ring Monday, declaring that WWE fans have been cheering for the same old garbage for years now and that he was going to bring change to the company. Owens also proceeded to insult the Manchester crowd for worshipping a false idol in the Queen of England and for believing in the Royal Family. This came after the British fans cheered for Owens heel promo, thus turning those cheers into boos in one fell swoop. After winning the Intercontinental Championship with an eye rake, hes started winning even his non-title bouts cleanly, which is a good sign.
