7 Ups And 9 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Feb 15)
3. A Post-Wrestling Job For Bryan
Seeing Daniel Bryan retire last week was an extremely sad moment for fans, but Bryan did say he was looking forward to the next chapter in his life, and there might be something he can do in the immediate short term: Teach his wife Brie Bella to learn how to cut a convincing promo. During her segment with Charlotte, Brie was so painful on the microphone that the mute button was looking like a good option. How someone who is married to a wrestler so beloved cant even speak a single sentence that sounds natural and realistic is beyond comprehension. Everything Brie says sounds so forced and wooden. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lb9OWdhzFQI The result was a segment that should have made everyone hate Charlotte a little more and cheer Brie. And while that was largely accomplished due to Charlottes heel promo, Brie only detracted and distracted from that. (And people say WWE brass is concerned about giving AJ Styles a mic?)
