2. Losing Lana As His Valet Will Do More Harm Than Good
The previous foreign acts that failed to get over that were mentioned on the last page just didn't work. Some had managers, but they just lacked something. In Rusev's case, they paired him up with a really good looking woman that they said was Russian and called her Lana. The act was together in NXT, they're dating in real life, they live together and they have great chemistry. So what is WWE going to do? Break them up. It's the wrong time for that. Vince McMahon likely sees dollar signs when he sees Lana because of her looks, acting ability and great promos. The thing is, Lana works as an act because she's able to send Rusev to crush people. The duo is perfect together. Splitting them up is definitely going to hurt him. Maybe Lana becomes a huge babyface star. We don't know that for sure. Can she wrestle? Will the fans support her? Time will tell. Then there's Rusev. His promos on his own aren't bad at all, but what Lana brings as a heel manager is what adds to his heat. Without her around it's going to be tough.
