1. Ending The "Heyman Guy" Story Without Any Explanation
The night after WrestleMania 30, Cesaro was very popular with the fans in New Orleans on Raw. While it appeared that Cesaro was on the verge of becoming a babyface, WWE changed that course by putting Paul Heyman with him as his manager. A lot of us thought that maybe Heyman would be a face manager while he was with Cesaro, but that didn't happen. Cesaro was clearly positioned as a heel. When Cesaro was placed with Heyman there was a lot of excitement because of the success that Heyman has had managing the likes of Brock Lesnar and CM Punk. What we didn't take into the account was the failure that Heyman had while managing the likes of Curtis Axel and Ryback recently. Neither one of those guys became top stars. As of right now, the same can be said about Cesaro. What's most disappointing about the storyline is that it was completely dropped without explanation. Heyman was still with him three weeks ago. Two weeks ago they teased that Brock Lesnar was coming back, so Heyman wasn't with Cesaro anymore. This past week on Raw, Cesaro was backstage with Triple H saying he was no longer a Heyman Guy and he wanted to be a Triple H guy. That could lead to something where he continually fails, so Hunter tells him he's worthless and that turns Cesaro face. That's about the only way this could go to make sense. This is a problem with WWE. They do these stories for four months, then they just drop them without any sort of explanation or breakup angle. It's simply "he's no longer a Heyman Guy" even though Heyman put this guy over on the microphone every week on every show for the past four months. Maybe they don't want to have an official breakup because it would turn Cesaro face. Not sure. For the sake of storylines they should have some kind of closure for it. Cesaro is too talented for WWE not to use in a positive way. Either turn him face or turn him into the badass heel he can be because whatever he is right now clearly isn't working.
