1. Vincent
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ec1qzDFCwng He was actually in the group for about two years and he barely did anything while he was there. He joined about three months after it started, then stayed around for a while. How did he stay employed so long without really doing anything? It truly is one of life's greatest mysteries. It's not like he looked that intimidating either. The guy was just average looking, stood in the background and offered nothing to the group. What was the point? That's WCW, though. They employed so many people that were expendable yet they collected paychecks because they sucked at handling their money. No wonder they died. If you're wondering where the name Vincent came from, of course it was just a tribute of sorts to WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. Since WWE named him Virgil, which was Dusty Rhodes first name, it was only fitting that he was Vincent in WCW. His official title in the group was the "head of security" which basically meant he was the guy that got his ass kicked when the babyfaces attacked. Then he was part of the "NWO B-Team" that was another bad idea that made absolutely no sense.
A big reason the NWO failed was the inclusion of guys like Vincent because once they added people of his stature (career jobbers) it hurt the elite status of the rest of the group.
