Talking Smack is no more, and yet...205 Live lives on. There is no wrestling justice in this world!

And much like Miz vs. Dean Ambrose, Noam Dar vs. Cedric Alexander has been going on for what seems like before both of them were born. It’s also a completely one-sided feud, which makes it so incredibly bizarre that it keeps on going, despite no one caring how it will all play out.

Before their “I Quit” match, Dar had lost to Alexander in five straight televised matches. You’d have to go back to January where he came out on the winning side of any form of match in the series. Plus, Alexander won one of those bouts in literal seconds. Dar was presented as the biggest joke in the company since Jinder Mahal used to play that role, but apparently the only way to end this feud was with the "I Quit" stipulation in place.

The match itself was fine. However, it watered down the gimmick. It's been known to be one of the most heated and personal stipulations to use, and they busted it out on their least watched show with two guys who aren't over.

Even though this feels like the end, it's probably safer to assume within the next month they'll bust out Hell in a Cell on 205 Live for them.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
