Who’s The Boss? was one of the lamest (yet somehow longest-running) sitcoms of the ‘80s. The modern day equivalent of it is the management team on Impact. Just look at them. Look at that photo! Is that who you want running your wrestling promotion? I would take Tony Danza over the lot of 'em.

I’m no Jeff Jarrett apologist. His run on-air in TNA/Impact is arguably one of the most destructive things ever witnessed in the promotion. But long-time fans see him as more of a Vince McMahon authoritative-type than his wife, his long-time booking buddy, a guy who hosts a podcast and the former Funkasauraus. If would be better to have him show up on-air (preferably once every few months) to lay down the law, rather than feature the team he's assembled.

This isn’t the biggest issue plaguing the promotion at the moment, but the constant interruptions of the three (throw in Brodus as well if you want) in the major storylines is definitively a detriment to the show. How the hell can they make this thing “great” again when nobody in power is even all that good in their current role?

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
