7 Worst Wrestling Moments Of The Week (March 26)

I'm going to assume this is very much not intentional, but Seth Rollins is being absolutely buried on TV right now.
Week after week we're told how ineffective he is, and how much he sucked in The Authority and because of that, papa Hunter and Mama Steph kicked him out of their house. And then, their words are proven right time and time again when Rollins fails in his quests for revenge. To at least give him back some sort of edge, he needed to be the one to lay down the WrestleMania challenge to his boss and deliver the lines about signing a contract that stipulate it's a non-sanctioned match. All of that went to Hunter.
Triple H still has a lot of star power, but he's unable to save this feud. His lengthy sit down promo failed to catch on until he went for cheap heat by resorting to insulting the crowd over and over again until they finally bit. Not exactly a masterful performance. It was also counterproductive. If the angle was going to play out with the goal in mind of getting Seth over, then the announcers should have at least been on The Architect's side and calling Hunter a coward for challenging a man who can't possibly be cleared. Besides one meek response by Michael Cole they largely laid off him.
This is the fourth 'Mania in a row where Hunter and Steph are dominating the show as evil authority figures. And during that time, how many stars have been better off because of their involvement? Unfortunately, that question is unlikely to ever be asked behind-the-scenes.
