Although Conan the Barbarian and Conan the Destroyer could be argued to not strictly be comic book movies (the character first appeared in pulp fiction magazines, which is close enough to being a form of comic book), the fact is that Dagoth is a Marvel character who first appeared on panel in 1973 as a powerful demon who opposed Doctor Strange. Andre the Giant portrayed the demonic character in this 1984 movie, although his portrayal went uncredited - probably due to the fact that he was so heavily costumed that he really didn't do enough to take any credit for the role. Andre would, of course, pass away a mere nine years later, but it's interesting to think about what he might have contributed to modern comic book movies, had he still been alive and acting today.
