7 Wrestlers Who Hated Their Own Theme Songs

1. Kurt Angle

Here's the one referenced in this article's intro.

Wrestling machine Kurt Angle was posted to the 'new' ECW brand in 2006, presumably to add some legitimacy to the roster. That was fine. Trying to muck around with his established WWE entrance theme was not. Still, the company tried their best to mask a few key bars of the track and stop fans from chanting, "You Suck".

In a Facebook Q&A session last summer, Angle concurred with one fan's opinion that it was crap. He said creative had wanted to make his tune more "hardcore"; whilst he didn't say anything about removing the crucial notes, that's clearly what WWE were going for. Why else would they remove them?

Press play and listen to how forced some of the added instrumentation is. It was unnecessary, actually made 'Medal' sound less punchy and definitely didn't add any hardcore vibes. If anything, it leans on fanfare more than the original.

Whomever's responsible, you suck.
