7 Wrestlers Who Should Quit WWE
5. Tyler Breeze
Despite not having the independent-scene pedigree of some of the brand's most popular stars, Tyler Breeze gained a huge following in NXT. The star - who had worked for smaller Canadian organizations prior to signing with WWE in 2010 - was seen as a homegrown talent who could hang with men like Neville and Finn Balor.
Plus, his entertaining gimmick endeared him to the loyal NXT Universe.
Breeze was called up to WWE's main roster last fall and almost immediately lost all momentum. He picked up a win over Dolph Ziggler shortly after his debut, but for whatever reason, he soon lost Summer Rae as his valet and went on a losing streak. Recently, the company put him and Fandango together as a tag team, but he's still not in too enviable a position.
Thanks to the popularity of NXT, hardcore wrestling fans know that Tyler Breeze is a talented star. He could draw on the independent scene, making his own Cody Rhodes-style list and delivering a series of matches with some of the hottest indy talent in wrestling. He'd fit perfectly into bouts with men like Kyle O'Reilly and Dalton Castle.
