5. Bad Luck Kane

Kane may be "The Big Red Machine," or "The Devil's Favorite Demon, but one thing he's not is successful-- at least as it pertains to picking up wins on TV this year. Kane has been a dominant character in the WWE for 17 years, with the man behind the character, Glenn Jacobs, around the company for closer to 20. Whenever the WWE needs a guy to fill in a void and pose a threat in a top-match situation, they usually rely on Kane or The Big Show to do so. However, Kane's record of late hasn't reflected that of a top-level guy. Outside of a pinfall victory over Dean Ambrose earlier in the year, Kane hasn't pinned or submitted anyone in a dozen singles matches throughout 2014. After a long period of inactivity where he worked as an authority figure on screen, that streak can actually be stretched to last October, when he defeated the Miz. With his loss to Roman Reigns on Monday, Kane also moved to 1-4 in his career in Last Man Standing matches, with his lone victory coming against Shane McMahon. Kane experienced Last Man Standing defeats to the likes of Edge, Batista and Chris Jericho in the past.
