7 WWE Superstars With Crazy Workout Routines

4. Cesaro

But while Triple H may be a man nearing the end of his career as a WWE wrestler, Cesaro is at the other end of the spectrum€”and it shows in his workout regime. In footage shot roughly a year ago, Cesaro speaks with optimism and ambition as he outlines his training mantra€”and it€™s clear that he€™s all about continuous improvement. €œI improve year by year, month by month, week by week, and day by day€, €œI always want to do at least what I did last week, or more€€”these are the words of a man with well-placed confidence and a bright future in the WWE. Meticulous in his approach, he is of the opinion that neglecting one muscle group makes the entire body weaker as a collective. €œOne body, one machine€ is his motto. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MpGtdTlPXKI And the results are clear to see. Cesaro has been wowing fans for some time now with his incredible feats of strength, such as his Neutraliser to the Great Khali, his bodyslam on the Big Show and more recently his superplex from the apron. The training itself consists of gruelling supersets, limited rest times and a focus on endurance. For me though, one of the more notable aspects of his exercises is the desire to be just as strong on his left side as he is on his right. In keeping with his logic of one perfectly balanced body, this approach has made Cesaro fully deserving of suggestions that he may well be the strongest pound-for-pound Superstar in the WWE.
