8 Awful WWE Feuds That Choked The Life Out Of Fans

2. The Undertaker Vs. Giant González

You had to know this one was going to pop up sooner or later. One of The Undertaker's worst feuds (if not the worst), a rivalry against the slow-moving Giant González in 1993 made later matches pitting 'Taker against The Great Khali look like Rey Mysterio vs. Juventus Guerrera by comparison.

Although hiring a lanky basketball player WCW had tried to turn into a pro wrestler and dressing him up as a cave-dwelling monster was never going to work, that didn't stop Vince McMahon from trying. Admittedly, González did turn heads upon his debut at the 1993 Royal Rumble, but the goodwill ended there. Matches at WrestleMania IX and SummerSlam were a step too far.

Even 'Mania alone would have been too much for González. A 'Rest In Peace' match at SummerSlam extended the feud, with the irony being that fans wanted the rivalry to die quickly. There was nothing quick about The Giant González though, especially against an Undertaker who moved slowly himself.

This is a better sleeping aid than Night Nurse.
