7. The Undertaker

Another unlikely option, but like Ryback The Undertaker also went undrafted last Tuesday night. Taker is a SmackDown legend, and one last crack at the top title on the blue brand surely appeals to the Deadman.

There are also storyline reasons for him to get one last shot on SmackDown, seeing as Shane McMahon finds himself in charge of the blue brand. The two went at it inside Hell in a Cell at WrestleMania 33 with Taker coming out on top after a typically insane dive from the top of the cell by Shane led to his downfall.

A title match at WWE’s second biggest show of the year would be a gesture of respect from Shane to his conqueror, and would also provide a big name for Dean to defeat to continue establishing himself as champion.

I know it isn't going to happen, but surely it would be better than Dean Ambrose vs. Alberto Del Rio?

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
