Britain’s most popular independent promotion, PROGRESS Wrestling, make their American debut on Friday night. The company have been absolutely flying with great show after great show in 2017, and they’re not leaving anything on the table in Orlando. The card is stacked, and with three huge title defences on the agenda, it could play a major role in shaping the company’s future.

Pete Dunne will defend his PROGRESS Championship against former champion Mark Haskins, who was forced to relinquish the belt through injury last year. A WWE title will be defended on a non-WWE show for the first time since 1994 as Tyler Bate and Mark Andrews fight for the UK Championship, and elsewhere, British Strong Style’s Trent Seven will challenge for Matt Riddle’s Atlas Championship.

The likes of Zack Sabre Jr., Jimmy Havoc, and Rockstar Spud are also set to appear, making this one of the most exciting line-ups PROGRESS have ever put together. Much like WrestleMania 33, Orlando could play the role of PROGRESS’ season finale, making this an ideal event for new fans to jump on the bandwagon.
