8 Big Reasons WWE Fans Should Be Excited For WrestleMania 32

2. The Return Of The Silver Fox, Shane-O-Mac

In the word of the very-mortal Keanu Reeves, €œwhoa!€ Who saw that coming, right? Shane McMahon returned to Monday Night RAW and the WWE in general after a long hiatus building his own business ventures overseas, much to the delight of those in attendance in Detroit, Michigan. It seems we are due for another McMahon family feud, with a power struggle between the emboldened siblings to determine the fate of the company. Shane even used a little reality to blend into the fiction, citing the WWE€™s abysmal ratings when speaking out against Stephanie and Hunter, something we eat up as wrestling fans. So what does this mean for the future of the WWE? It certainly introduced a monkey wrench into the dull and stale Authority powerhouse with which the landscape of most stories were shaped. That€™s never a bad thing. It would be nice to see a power struggle for months to come, where the bad guys€™ plans were occasionally foiled similar to the way a babyface commissioner, such as Shawn Michaels or Mick Foley, would shake things up during the Attitude Era.
For now, though, it means that the man who has taken some of the greatest, most dangerous bumps in wrestling history has returned as a silver fox who must now face WrestleMania€™s greatest competitor, The Undertaker, in his greatest match, Hell in a Cell. Whenever Taker is the man who has wrestled most recently in a match, it€™s justified to be alarmed. That said, Shane was always a natural between the ropes, and you can rest assured he is currently training to knock off that ring rust. Will he get some help from a returning or current superstar? Will he go in alone? Will he fool us all by aligning with Vince to oust Stephanie and Hunter? Who knows with this family, but it€™s a reason to be excited.
