The women’s evolution has helped bring more talented female wrestlers up to the main roster. The overall quality of women’s wrestling has improved greatly during the past three years.

However, the roster split has diluted that talent, leaving us with a chamber match that features two fairly inexperienced women, Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose. It also is the kind of match that could fall apart pretty quickly. We’ve seen the men, even with some veterans in the chamber, lose their place and have the match disappoint.

Hopefully, the women have run through this a few times are deliver a good-to-great chamber match. Just because there’s some skepticism doesn’t mean this writer isn’t rooting for them. But having a “history-making” match is kind of meaningless if that history is something you later would rather forget.
