By the time Giant Silva arrived in the World Wrestling Federation, it took more than being big to be intimidating. As such, the Brazilian former basketball star was immediately placed in a faction with fellow huge chaps Kurrgan and Golga, named The Oddities. You don't get given a name like 'The Oddities' and avoid being comedic for the most part. Golga carried around a Cartman doll.

In 2003Giant Silva (real name Paulo Cesar de Silva) turned to Mixed Martial Arts where he was trained by the Gracie family for a while. His career record isn't exactly shining, with two wins and six losses, but it takes a tough human being to enter an octagon where the aim is to 'make the other person not capable of getting up'.

Most people would avoid getting into a scrap with Silva based purely on his size. The guy is tough enough to back that size up,
