8 Daniel Bryan WWE Dream Matches We'll Never Get To See
3. John Cena
John Cena remains a Superstar fans will continue to either love or hate, but there's no denying the fact that he delivered a string of incredible matches throughout 2015 as he put his United States Championship on the line on an almost weekly basis. Cena delivered plenty of modern classics before then too, but one which instantly springs to mind is his encounter with Daniel Bryan at SummerSlam 2013. The two put on one hell of a show, and Cena busted out some very unexpected moves as he looked to prove that he too was worthy of being called a "wrestler." Ending with a clean pin for Bryan, a rematch never followed (Cena took some time off to nurse an injury immediately afterwards), but the potential to continue this story was always there and could have still worked today, especially with Total Divas as a backdrop. After all, there was always a mixture of speculation and rumours that the WWE wanted to put a Bella in each corner and have these two go at it once again, and there's no denying that that would have been pretty fun to see. Even without factoring that reality TV show into things, Bryan deserved a lengthy rivalry with Cena, and providing that was built the right way, their matches could have been huge draws for the company.
