If you had to guess what 'The Animal' collected you'd probably think sports cars or motorcycles. Maybe handguns or expensive whiskey. Yeah, there's are all suitably manly pursuits that big Dave could realistically partake in. The truth is, however, that Batista is actually an avid collected of metal lunch-boxes. Well, and sports cars. Over the years he has shelled out enormous sums of money to acquire boxes to add to his collection. The whole lunchbox thing started when he bought then-wife Angie an E.T: The Extra Terrestrial lunch-box as a present and decided to buy another as she didn't want to break it. Dave kept the spare and then began adding to his collection. Batista has said in the past that his favourite lunch boxes are his Green Hornet one (because it has Bruce Lee on it) and a custom-made box that his a picture of him and his late friend Eddie Guerrero airbrushed on the side. Strange as it is, Batista's lunch box fascination is endearing and as a kid who grew up with nothing it's nice to see him able to afford things that he couldn't have during his childhood. Besides, who's really going to laugh at him?
