8 HUGE IMPACT Rebellion 2021 Predictions You Need To Know

7. Brian Myers vs. Matt Cardona

Like the previous match, the story between Brian Myers and Matt Cardona has been ongoing for a couple of months now, albeit not nearly as long as Violent By Design have had issues with Beer Guns and friends. It's a class story, though.

Of course, the history between the duo goes back years. From WWE Tag Team Champions to Edgeheads to the then-Curt Hawkins' losing streak, they've done it all together, as they've revolved the story around. IMPACT Wrestling, however, is where things are different.

This is the first place where both guys are performing, and it's Brian Myers who is the guy people are keeping an eye on. Even though he's been on and off since officially debuting with IMPACT last August, he's come on leaps and bounds, hitting his Roster Cut lariat to great effect since it became his new finish.

Putting him over should be a necessity for Rebellion. Matt Cardona can be a star wherever he goes, as he's already proven with his brief run in All Elite Wrestling last summer. That's not to say Brian Myers can't be a star in his own right, but he's the guy who's currently signed. Cardona isn't. There's more money in putting Myers over here.

Winner: Brian Myers
