With some credence, Enzo and Cass have often been compared to the New Age Outlaws. Both had a crowd-pleasing repartee controlled mainly by the smaller, limited loudmouth, each side utilised some inventive tag team offence, and both had a chiselled big man doing the literal and figurative heavy-lifting.

The New Jersey duo will hope this is where the comparisons end. The Outlaws were legendary Attitude Era duo, but their 1999 split highlighted just how greater the whole was than the sum of its parts. Away from Road Dogg's stickwork, Billy Gunn was half a man, and without his muscular heavy by his side, Dogg was merely a yappy toothless mutt. Early indicators are good, with Amoré in particular showing excellent range since suffering his best friend's horrific betrayal. Similarly, Big Cass' indignant indifference has been encouraging, suggesting he's got more in his locker than misspelling one word.

It's Enzo that will need an extra shot of momentum after this show though. Expect Big Cass to heartlessly steamroll his former 'brother'. Vince McMahon inevitably saw dollar signs the first time he saw Cass' unteachable height and frame, and the push for the latest long-haired bearded giant will begin in earnest on Sunday.
