8 Lesser Known Wrestling Streaks

6. Rob Van Dam

It's strange, given that RVD is forever topping lists of "wrestlers who were criminally under-used by WWE", that the former ECW star has the distinction of being the holder of the longest still active WrestleMania winning streak.

Mr Monday Night has made four appearances on the Grandest Stage of Them All. In his first, he beat William Regal for the Intercontinental Championship in 2002, following it up two years later by winning a four-way tag-match alongside Booker T. In 2006, he became Mr Money in the Bank, and the next year - teamed with fellow ECW Originals - he saw off the challenge of the New Breed.

One caveat though: RVD did suffer a loss on the pre-show match of WrestleMania XIX when he and Kane failed to win the tag belts from Lance Storm and Chief Morley, but - as WWE themselves have acknowledged - Sunday Night Heat doesn't count.
