8 Massively Underrated AEW Entrance Themes

7. Lance Archer - Everybody Dies

Despite repeated efforts to try and present him as a monster, Lance Archer has become seemingly stuck as a ‘jobber to the stars’ within the AEW hierarchy, being set up as a seemingly insurmountable threat by his physical presence and Jake Roberts’ promo skills, destroying a couple of jobbers and then disappearing from television for several months after being defeated by an opponent in the ascendancy.

Indeed his only appearances of note so far this year have been in a short filler programme to keep Hangman Page occupied before his showdown with Adam Cole at Revolution and as one of the many mercenaries hired by MJF to try and keep Wardlow at bay.

‘Everybody Dies’ is a near perfect fit for what his character was envisioned to be before this pattern emerged. Mixing heavy riffs with clean vocals, it’s a track that could travel back in time to slot into an early to mid-noughties Kerrang playlist. The bridges between verses may get a little repetitive as the track goes on, but it makes for a nostalgic listen every time a miniature push comes around.
